My hope is that this note finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy. As is true for many of you, the team here at Vessel has been sheltering-in-place and monitoring the status of developments on the ground. We’ve also been taking time to listen to you, our customers, regarding how we can best serve you during this time.
When Vessel first launched, almost 18 months ago, we laid out a mission to inspire optimism and happiness through the relationships we made, the products we developed and the community we helped foster. In the last few weeks our mission has been galvanized - a crystal clear directive to our team to continue to provide our community with the highest level of service and education. We understand that for many of you our products play a critical role in stress and anxiety mitigation, and for others, using a Vessel battery is respite from an otherwise unsettling time.
And so it is our goal to keep the metaphorical doors of Vessel open.
In order to deliver on our promise to you, and abide by statewide mandates, we have taken extensive precautions in our warehouse to keep our limited in house team safe, increased coverage on our customer service channels to ensure your inquiries are handled quickly, and we are working diligently with our dispensary partners to ensure ample product is available to those who want it. So while our day-to-day may look different internally, you can still expect the same level of care as always.
Our commitment has been, and will continue to be, to serve you as best we can. Should our service level need to change in order to keep employees safe or to adhere to new state and national guidelines, we will let you know. In the meantime, please continue to reach out to us - tell us about your experiences, provide your candid feedback - because in times like these we need community more than ever.
Be safe, stay healthy.
