"After having it for over a year, I would say the warranty is great if you need to use it, definitely tested the durability by dropping it a few times by mistake still holds up with no issue to hold a full charge. Would love the red one when it comes back."

"Great unit, love that is stands up vertically so it keeps the liquid at a constant level. The only problem I have, and I've had a ton of units like this, is that be careful to not over tighten the cartridge. I have not had this issue any other brand that I've had, but the unit wasn't working properly well requiring it to be tight for some reason. . . which caused the base screw in part of the well known brand to get stuck in the lower part of the Vessel unit. I have a bunch of other vessel brand stuff, and have not experienced this with any other unit so hoping mine was a lemon. I even own several other Vessel units, with no issues, true believer! Ideally, I could get a free replacement from Vessel for my faulty unit. Will update the group shortly on how they respond and if they take care of their customers! So Far I've been a Loyal fan, but it's these times that tell the real story! Would love to give this 5-stars, but dependability matters."

"It’s properly heavy, it’s functional, NO PLASTIC, some 510 threads feel tight and some feel a little loose, but everything has been great so far. Very happy with my purchase thus far. These batteries tend to fall apart and don’t clean well and get gross. So we’ll shall see but it really is well made and worth the dollar should it last."
