Warranty
  • 6 month limited warranty
  • Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Please see our return policy below for refunds.

Shipping
  • We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received. For international orders this time frame will be longer.       "This is another fine product from vessel, I still use the original and when one is dirty and soaking in alcohol I switch them out. I also have found out that outside shell doesn't need to be cleaned as often. . . Nothing like a fresh clean hit"

      Almost perfect

      "As others have said, the sharp edge is an improvement but is hard to grip with the knurling removed. In my life with a lathe all things are possible. . . I have added wrench flats to the smooth helix head, and removed 1/3 of the knurling and sharpened the edge of the standard helix head. Both options seem like next-step improvements to an already-awesome product. Ordering another helix today, actually!"
