Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Due to the high volume of orders received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing/fulfilling your order. We offer both FedEx & USPS shipping on all US orders. We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Please allow up 1-2 days for the shipment to be scanned by the carrier and for the tracking status to be updated.

Your tracking information is also available by logging into your customer account on www.vesselbrand.com. You can see the status of your delivery by clicking on the tracking link in the Order History.

Please contact the courier directly with any requests to reroute the package or if your order is being held.

Returns

Only unopened and unused products purchased through www.vesselbrand.com may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days following the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to return an order purchased on our site, please contact Customer Support with your order number and request for a Return Authorization ("RA").

Please do not send your purchase back to us without an approved RA. Also, please do not send us any product containing cannabis, cannabis concentrates or oils, or nicotine.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven to ten (7-10) business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final and cannot be refunded. Price adjustments for full-priced purchases made within three (3) days of a sale will be processed upon inquiry.
