Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may extend to 5 business days. Delivery typically arrives within 3-7 business days after shipment via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL, with the carrier selected based on your location and order.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. You can also view order status anytime in your account at vesselbrand.com.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your address at checkout. If there's an error, contact us at support@vesselbrand.com immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Carrier Assistance

Contact your carrier directly for rerouting or delivery updates. We're also reachable at support@vesselbrand.com if you need us.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund, less applicable shipping costs.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery. Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out and we'll review it.

To start a return, email support@vesselbrand.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA). Do not ship anything back without one.

We recommend trackable shipping for returns over $75. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from your refund.

Opened or Used Items

Opened or used items, including electronics and batteries, are generally not eligible for return. Do not include any product containing cannabis, concentrates, oils, or nicotine. If you're experiencing a product issue, please review our warranty policy.

Defective or Damaged Items

Vessel products are backed by a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Register your product at vesselbrand.com/pages/registration and contact support@vesselbrand.com to submit a claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. We may also offer store credit or a replacement depending on your situation.
