Do not clean when it is hot. Let it cool before soaking in isopropyl alcohol to prevent peeling.
We recommend soaking device in one tbsp of salt mixed with isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes at a time. Remove and wipe. Repeat process until device is fully clean. Do not soak overnight.

"The pipe Esmeralda by Vessel is a stunning piece! the finish is vibrant and sleek, and it feels incredibly hefty in the hand thanks to the large piece of solid brass. It cleans up easily, and the "Helix" double-filter system works exactly as advertised; I've never had any ash or debris pull through. My only gripe is that it can clog up pretty quickly, which makes the draw a bit harder than it should be until you clean it out. If you don't mind frequent maintenance for that premium look and feel, it's a solid buy. Excited to try the new cleaning kit!"

"My first pipe was one of the earlier versions and I had the stem break at the threads. I already had a second pipe that I'd gotten at a later date, probably a BF deal or something, so took it out and noticed that the design was changed ever so slightly so now the stem has a little more thread to screw into the bowl. OH. . and they warranty replaced my old pipe with one that is the new design! BEST customer service ever! So glad to see they are continuing to make improvements and that they stand behind their product. Highly recommend."

"I loved the brass design of the pipe, keeps the smoke cool long term and there aren’t any scooby snacks at all. Does not get dirty quick, but alcohol does clean everything off quite quickly. Customer service was very responsive, upon receipt of a defective item a replacement was shipped immediately."
