Vessel Brand is an emerging consumer product company in a rapidly growing industry. We are looking for a Customer Support Rep to service our e-commerce customers and provide administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high volume, high energy environment, and will be a positive representative and advocate for our brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Represent our brand positively through all external communications.
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team as needed.
  • Learn order fulfillment process and provide backup support as needed.
This position will be part time to start but may grow into a full time role as the company continues to expand.
 
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years or more of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with call support and inside sales is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
