As we all navigate this uncharted situation together, we want to ensure we are keeping you up-to-date on changes to our fulfillment and shipping process:
- Fulfillment: Orders placed by 10am PST, Monday - Friday will be fulfilled same day. Orders placed after that time will be fulfilled on the next business day.
- Shipping: Since Covid-19, carriers have experienced delays in normal delivery times. You can usually expect standard delivery times of 7 to 14 days (or 5-10 business days). If you would like your order sooner we suggest opting for one of our premium shipping options.
- Holidays: Ship times are completely dependent on the carrier so we're unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery, and no later than December 11th at 10am PST (or before December 21st at 10am PST for expedited shipping).
