As we all navigate this uncharted situation together, we want to ensure we are keeping you up-to-date on changes to our ordering, fulfillment, and shipping processes:
- Ordering: All units are currently in stock. We have a new financing partner in ViaBill. Learn more about ViaBill here
Fulfillment: Orders placed by 10am PST, Monday - Friday will be fulfilled same day. Orders placed after that time will be fulfilled on the next business day.
- Shipping: Ground shipping is fulfilled by USPS. USPS is currently experiencing delays in the scanning and tracking of packages (about a 2 day delay) which will impact the standard 7-10 day delivery window as well as tracking capabilities. If you’d like your items sooner, please select one of our UPS options.
