We recommend soaking device in one tbsp of salt mixed with isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes at a time. Remove and wipe. Repeat process until device is fully clean. Do not soak overnight.

That’s my only negative to this is that it needs to be cleaned 2 x’s a week for everyday smokers like myself. It cleans up easily, and the "Helix" double-filter system works exactly as advertised; I've never had any ash or debris pull through. My only gripe is that it can clog up pretty quickly, which makes the draw a bit harder than it should be until you clean it out.
