("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. "Beautiful pen. I gave it only four stars because of one complaint: the button is not very responsive when turning the pen on or off. I’m 76 years old and the skin on my thumb is not firm as when I was younger. So I have to press harder to make the button respond to my thumb pressure. And it’s not just pressure but also position of the thumb. It took time to find the right technique. This was a disappointment."

My second in this color

"This cape is my favorite hands down! I have two of the white bow. I lost my first one, tragically, ordered a new one and then found the old! I even buy these for friends as gifts I love them so much. I love how easy they are to clean but I do with they had a better gravity center. They fall over at the slightest nudge. I have learned to screw off the bottom, flip it over, and use it for a more stable stand, though. I did once lose the bottom that way, though."
