("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Does this pen auto draw or do you need to press a button?
You need to click the button 5 times to activate.
Fully charged battery and will not turn on, why?
Our batteries require 5 rapid clicks of the button in order to turn the device on.
What colors correspond with what voltage levels?
The colors indicate the following voltage settings: 2.4V (Green) | 2.8V (Cyan) | 3.2V (Yellow) | 3.6V (Magenta)
DOES IT COME WITH THE THC ALREADY AND HOW DO YOU CHARGE IT
Our devices do not come with fillable cartridges or liquids of any type. Our pens can all be charged with the included cable when inserted into the charging port located at the bottom of our batteries.
Does this vape pen come with the mouthpiece? I just bought one but didn’t receive a mouthpiece
It does not. It is only the battery portion and depends on the use of a pre-filled or refillable 510 cartridge from your local retailer.
