("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received. "I picked up the Vessel Core in Blush (also have in Navy and Black) and I'm genuinely impressed. The biggest upgrade I've noticed over other batteries is how much less my cartridges clog — it makes a real difference in consistency. It also burns noticeably cleaner, which I attribute to the wide 510 crown and the well-tuned airflow. The four voltage settings (2. 4V–3. 6V) give you real control — I appreciate being able to dial down for flavor or bump up when needed. The 3-LED indicator is intuitive and the single-button interface is effortless. The blush and navy colorway both are genuinely pretty; it looks and feels premium without being bulky. My one gripe: there's no stand or base included. For a pen this slim, it tips over easily on a flat surface, and I'd love a way to keep it upright between uses. Vessel sells accessories separately, but something this simple should come in the box. Overall, a solid buy — especially if you've been frustrated with clogging on cheaper batteries."

"I bought the Core because I wanted something a little classier than a cheap one from a smoke shop but was really disappointed when it arrived and the button was broken. Does this pen auto draw or do you need to press a button?: You need to click the button 5 times to activate.
Fully charged battery and will not turn on, why?: Our batteries require 5 rapid clicks of the button in order to turn the device on.
What colors correspond with what voltage levels?: The colors indicate the following voltage settings: 2.4V (Green) | 2.8V (Cyan) | 3.2V (Yellow) | 3.6V (Magenta)
DOES IT COME WITH THE THC ALREADY AND HOW DO YOU CHARGE IT: Our devices do not come with fillable cartridges or liquids of any type. Our pens can all be charged with the included cable when inserted into the charging port located at the bottom of our batteries.
Does this vape pen come with the mouthpiece? I just bought one but didn’t receive a mouthpiece: It does not. It is only the battery portion and depends on the use of a pre-filled or refillable 510 cartridge from your local retailer.
