Not for use with torch lighters.
Do not clean the accessory when it is hot. Let it cool before soaking in isopropyl alcohol to prevent peeling.
We recommend soaking device in one tbsp of salt mixed with isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes at a time. Remove and wipe. Repeat process until device is fully clean. Do not soak overnight.

Nice hitter overall

"Easy to break down and clean. Brass core dose seem to help cool the smoke. Kinda heavy. Would be nice if the mouthpiece were more bite friendly for hands free use (notch for teeth, silicone tip, etc). I deducted one star because it's not easy/comfortable holding Helix in mouth hands free. Very hard to light in wind not being able to cup your hands around flame without worry of dropping pipe."

Q&A

Can you store this in the freezer? Would it help it to Stay Cooler?: Absolutely! We recommend doing this!
Do these and the cone pipe have a carb hole? I can't see one in your photos.: Our Helix and Cone models do not feature a carb hole.
When will the Gunmetal color be back in stock?: We'll be restocking Helix Gunmetal in the next month. We have Helix Black available in the meantime!
Are there any dugouts that fit the helix other than the drift case?: The Hideaway sleeve could work (however it was designed for our vape devices). Drift was exclusively designed for our one -hitters.
I read the instructions to load the Helix. Does it always need to be packed to max capacity? I usually don’t go beyond a puff or two and might need to fill the bowl partially. Will that affect the burn?: As long as you pack it really tight so no herb can fall out, you should be ok when you light it and it shouldn't affect the burn.
