    • 6 month limited warranty
    • Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value.     "This is a Vessel Pen so it's excellent! It does exactly what it's supposed to do! I've owned four compass Three cores. They are all wonderful except the only thing I have to complain about this pen is it's charging port it should be a c not the weird magnetic charging thing. A wonderful pen just change it to the universal charging port. Other than that you will enjoy this pen very much!"

    Am I supposed to hold the power button down after I turn it on to warm up the juice before i start vaping? I’ve had mine for a few weeks and just saw an instruction video for pens in general and it said that so I wanna know if that applies to this one as well or if it will just burn the juice?
