Q&A

I bought my Vessel Compass last year & it never came with the piece to smoke out of, & couldn’t get mine to work, can I order that piece?: Vessel only sells the battery. To purchase the 510 cart you will need to visit your nearest dispensary.

Can you charge the compass with a usb c cable and adapter instead of buying the ridge charger?: Yes! You can charge it with the cable it comes with in its package.
Hi, Yesterday my compass was working perfectly, although when I pressed the button it flicked like 8 times, I assumed its because it ran out of battery. So I charged it like 20m and after it doesn't white blink anymore, and I've tried with several cartridges with no luck. Any idea what could it be and how to fix it? My compass is over a year now.
