("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Does it have a preheat function: It does not
What are the colors on dusk and soleil?: They both have a gradient on each. Core Dusk has blues pinks and corals, Core Soleil has light blues, baby pinks, and yellow
Does this work with the charging dock?: No, it won't! Only with the usb-c charging port and cable it comes with.
Is the finish a soft touch finish like the last exclusive color? Or the finish metal like the rest of the batteries.: Soft matte touch!
