Warranty

6 month limited warranty
Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received. Q&A

Where is this “made to fit tray?” Am I missing it? And do you make something that fits in the long rectangle slot with the band over top? It’s a little too skinny for a zippo, and a little too big for your standard bic. Do you make a dry herb container that fits in that spot?: It fits a bic lighter or our Carbon Lite lighters :)
