6 month limited warranty
Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received. For international orders this time frame will be longer. Please reach out to support@vesselbrand.com for any shipping related inquiries.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Please allow up 1-2 days for the shipment to be scanned by the carrier and for the tracking status to be updated.
