Q&A

Is the vape supposed to turn off after not using for a bit? If I don’t smoke out of it for like 30 minutes, I have to click it 5 times to turn it on again. Even at full charge. How long does it take to fully charge? I know it has a mechanism to shut off when fully charged but what is my wait time?: It leads to a full charge pretty quickly. Depending on your battery level it can anywhere from 15-30 mins
Is this pen rechargeable in the base style charger ?: Hi Mike - it is not compatible with the Base Charger. The Core Series features a USB-C port and cable (included).
I got my vape pen I need the 510 thread oil cartridge now and I've been trying to get some for a while: Hi Dayne - best to consult with your local dispensary.
