("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value.   • We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. "Compared to a common 510 threaded pen style ‘battery’, the form factor-makes it easy to use discretely and it doesn’t put as much stress on the cartridge/threaded receiver on the battery when in your pocket. The battery life-seems to be almost twice the capacity of pen style battery. Plus, it feels well made and has not had any problems with different sized cartridges."

No, just the colorway is named after Copper. This is zinc alloy
