("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Favorite Pen-Style Battery

"Works best out of any battery I've used, plus looks sleek with just about any cart twisted in. No clogs since I've gotten it, each draw feels smooth. I like the cyan power setting most. Nice size, fits in my glasses case. Battery capacity has never been an issue, but I am not quite as heavy a user. Unique charging face at the bottom means there's no port that could collect dirt or dust. Stands on its own nicely. My only complaint is that when it's sitting in the charging base, the auto shutoff feature means you typically need to turn the battery back on."

Really nice device

"It looks smaller in person by a lot when you compare it to the photo, but it works as it promises- The best airflow on any pen battery device I have ever came across of and I’ve used many pens. I had already bought a compass a couple of years ago so when I unfortunately started vaping again this year I fortunately knew the exact brand to buy from. 5 stars, not for the Edge alone, but because I never had an issue with the compass. I lost it after years of solid use, never gave me a problem. The edge is a solid one as well."

Feels premium and works perfectly

"I really this this battery~ it feels nice in your hands and has a very smooth draw. I'm keeping it on my desk on the magnetic charging base from Vessel. The "downside" I was expecting was to have to click the button 5 times each time I reach for it to turn it on because of the auto shutoff, but it seems like they thought of this use case because the pen is already on whenever you pick it up from the charging base, so it's basically perfect!"

I have the Vista Edge in slate, and I am confused by the control. Please instruct me in setting the power and turning on the Edge for use.: Hi Peter, If you’d like to rotate between the various power settings, power your device on with 5 rapid clicks, then click an additional 3 times to toggle between the 4 heat settings The power settings on your device are as follows: 2.4V - Green (lowest) 2.8V - Cyan 3.2V - Yellow 3.6V - Magenta
Does this draw without holding a activation button: The device must first be turned on, then, press the button to use.
Does this use the standard old USB charger and a base? Or does this have a type C charging port and a charging base? I had the Vessel core and loved that it was type C so I could use it with all my other device chargers, so I'm wondering if I could charge this with the same charger as the Core.: Hi Mario, this uses a magnetic charger that's included with purchase. Alternatively the base charger also works with this!
