("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received. Q&A

Are any/all parts dishwasher safe?: We recommend placing in warm water and a bit of vinegar and salt, in a bowl or ziplock bag and letting it soak for 30 minutes. Wipe down and rinse out to clean.
I lost the stem that comes off the bowl. Can I buy a new one: At this time we do not offer separate parts for sale.
You’re selling a mill with it. You don’t mill prior to bubbling it do you ?: Mill is a grinder that is a part of our Ultimate Experience Bundle. You can opt out of the grinder if you just want to purchase Element!
does it use screens? size? included?: No, the Element does not have or require a screen for optimal use!
