("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. This might be a stupid question but am new to Vape pens, does the "mouth piece" come with it?
Hi Kurt, No it does not! The "mouth piece" will be attached to the cartridge that you purchase at your local dispensary.
Which colors correspond to which power setting? No instructions in box
The colors indicate the following voltage settings: 2.4V (Green) | 2.8V (Cyan) | 3.2V (Yellow) | 3.6V (Magenta)
I cant find instructions. How do you change the power settings

Does this fit 2gram charts?
No only up to 1g
I have been charging my pen for 3 hours and not done charging on plug in cube and it isn’t working 2 red full circle then third circle blinking lots
