Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received. I have 4 Helix colors + an Axis bowl

"They work great! While on sale, get one! I have Maritime, Gunmetal, Black, and Stone. My only complaints would be minor ones: 1) the mouthpiece color does not exactly match the barrel, and 2) only the Maritime had a good, deep, etched Vessel logo whereas the Black and Stone were half as deep (thus less noticeable) than the Maritime, and the first Gunmetal was barely noticeable (though the replacement was close to the Black and Stone)."
