  • Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value.   • We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. How do know when it is fully charged?
All lights will turn off once fully charged.
What do the different color settings mean?
The different colors indicate the current power setting! 2.4V (Green) | 2.8V (Cyan) | 3.2V (Yellow) | 3.6V (Magenta)
In these photos is there a cartridge also shown screwed to the pen for reference?
The cartridges in the photos are dummy cartridges but if you check out our Instagram (@vessel_brand) you'll be able to see some posts in our highlights section that show our products with 510 thread cartridges in them.
