It shuts off automatically after a few minutes, so you may find yourself frequently having to turn it back on- but this is a battery saving feature, so be happy! "I love the addition of the preheat feature. I've previously used the craftsman series and this is way better. It's smoother to pull, the preheat has made easy no cough pulls possible. The grip is very soft and comfortable while offering grip. The button is easier to press and fits nicer into the body. The design is also really cool. It doesn't offer a metal outer shield for the cartridge but I like that. The main downside is that it uses a USB-C and is not compatible with the magnetic cable or base charger. Overall, solid product and my favorite thus far."
