Q&A

What do the three blinking white lights mean?
Three blinking white lights indicates that your cart is sufficiently threaded (twisted into your compass) for use!
I just got a vessel for vaping and am having a hard time turning it on and off - is there a trick to this? Thanks
5 rapid clicks to turn on and off the device. If it's too slow it won't activate!
Will there be a restock of different colors soon?
Hi Hank, Yes! We are planning to restock most Compass colorways in January!
I absolutely adore my Compass, but I was wondering why we’re told not to charge them in the car. I didn’t realize there was any difference other than the shape of the plug, so I’m really curious about this. TIA 😊
Hi Kassie, Thanks for reaching out, we do not recommend charging our devices in a car because the power in cars are not regulated! We recommend sticking with an approved block (5V power adapter) Hope that helps
Hi I’m really interested in this product but I’m not sure if my favorite cartridge brand will fit in the chamber because it’s a tiny bit thicker than traditional cartridges
Hi Nelly, thank you for the question! The Compass fits the standard 510 cartridge (so approximately 7mm in diameter) Hope that helps!
