Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Q&A

Is the vape supposed to turn off after not using for a bit? If I don’t smoke out of it for like 30 minutes, I have to click it 5 times to turn it on again. Even at full charge. Just want to know if it’s normal or something is wrong with it.: Yes! We have auto shutoff that deactivates the devices after 15 minutes of inactivity
How long does it take to fully charge? I know it has a mechanism to shut off when fully charged but what is my wait time?: It leads to a full charge pretty quickly. Depending on your battery level it can anywhere from 15-30 mins
Is this pen rechargeable in the base style charger ?: Hi Mike - it is not compatible with the Base Charger. The Core Series features a USB-C port and cable (included).
