("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Q&A

I’ve been a dugout guy for many years, like the idea of the box and everything together, but am really interested it the helix, but then I will also have to carry stuff separate? Is the grinder large enough to travel with?: Hi Chaf, Mill, Helix or Cone, and Carbon all fit nicely in our Drift case to help with carrying. https://www.vesselbrand.com/products/drift-case Hope that helps!
How do you remove the bottom piece that holds the flower once I grind? I have tried to unscrew it but it seems to be stuck?: Hi Shawn, you hold the middle of the grinder where it has ridged grip and twist it open! It’s a thin strip of metal that you'll have to turn. Let me know if that helps!
Does the Mill fit in the Drift case? Same or similar size as the Basin?: Hi Seth, Yes! Our new Grinder, the Mill, now fits both the Ash and the Drift case!
How big are the holes in this grinder compared to the other grinder Vessel offers?: Hi Elle, they have the same sized holes as our previous Grinder (4.5mm diameter)
