Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received. Q&A

What is the best method to clean the Ash after its been used a few times?: In most cases, simply using soap and warm water will do the trick. If your Ash needs a little more cleaning, we recommend soaking the affected area with mixture of cold water and baking soda for 1 hour before washing.
will this fit the cone one hitter? if not do you have plans to accommodate the cone in future versions?: Yes it fits the cone!
Does this fit the carbon lite?: It does!
Does the new Vessel Pipe. fit inside of the storage tray?: If you take it a part in the 3 pieces, it will fit!
If you keep flower in it, can you smell it?: It isn't smellproof like the Basin is. We recommend just cleaning frequently to reduce the scent.
